Sealvalve HOPPALL.3 Sealant Injection Pump

Sealvalve HOPPALL.3 is an Air Operated Sealant Injection Pump Mounted on Rubber Tyres.

The HOPPALL.3 Sealant Injection Pump can be used on and offshore and moves around easily. It features a 90:1 ratio pressure pump with sealed air Motor. The recommended inlet pressure of 100 to 150 PSI gives optimum operating Pressure of 9000 PSI.. Special follower plate and spring assembly assures positive priming of lubricants up to NLGI4.

The Sealvalve HOPPALL.3 Sealant Injection Pump comes with:

• 10 foot 3/8” ID 20000 PSI burst pressure hose assembly
• 90 degree and “Z” swivels
• 15000 PSI liquid filled pressure gage and adapter.
VNeedle Valve for Volume Control with 16”- 3/8” ID Whip Hose, Safety Vent Coupler and 7/8” Dia Giant Buttonhead Coupler.
• Spring priming mechanism with snap ring retainer, washers, spring and follower plate for 3 ½”, 5 or 6 Gallon Pails

At air inlet pressure of 100 PSI, a delivery rate of approximately 15 ounces per minute of NLGI2 lubricant at 250C may be achieved with discharge pressure of 9000 PSI.
